The hotel has a beautiful front lobby and dining room that feel like a throwback to another time, very Marilyn Monroe–era Hollywood charm. One of the standout features is the full restaurant on-site, which is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays—a rare and pleasant surprise. Breakfast is served to you, not just set out buffet-style, and when you’re traveling, that extra level of care makes a big difference. The dining area is warm and inviting, the business center is available for guests, and overall the hotel has a calm, classic atmosphere that feels intentional and comforting rather than cookie-cutter. If you appreciate character, service, and a place that feels like it has a story, this hotel is worth staying at. We’ve enjoyed our time here and appreciate the experience it provides.

Came into town and found this hotel. The hotel is centrally located between LA and Orange County. What drew me to the location was the proximity to the freeway. I checked in and got to my room. The room is fairly large and was very clean. My clean test was walking around in white socks. The floors are carpeted so was expected my socks to turn black. NOPE! Decently clean. The area isn’t the most welcoming. Very industrial but tons of shopping a short distance away.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites. While the room was a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable, and overall, we felt it was great value for money. The property was well-maintained, and the stay met all our basic needs with no issues. We appreciate the affordability, cleanliness, and reliable service—thank you for a pleasant experience!

We had a great stay here. There was a few very noisy people, but comfortable stay for the most part. The room was spacious, with a mini fridge, and the microwave. The service was great when it came to Andrea! Very professional. Others that work at the front office could learn a thing or two from her when it comes to customer service. It was definitely lacking from the manager. Thank you Andrea for helping us with the stay! The rating I'm giving this is due to the comfort of the room, location, and Andrea's customer service.

I stayed here for two weeks++ & I was very pleased with the overall experience. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, always ready 2 assist whenever I had a question. This created a welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning.The room itself was clean & well maintained, with everything working as expected. Breakfast was more than adequate, with a decent variety to start the day. Considering the price level, I found the value for money to be excellent.Another big advantage is the location: the hotel’s parking area is directly next to the starting/ending point of the #20 bus line, which makes it very convenient to reach the northern parts of Los Angeles without needing a car. Parking spaces are also plentiful, which is a real relief in this city.All in all, a very good choice for both short and longer stays. I would gladly return。

My experience here is great so far. The staff is nice. Juan, in particular, is wonderful. Room is clean and comfortable. They do have truck parking in the back. About 16 spaces and if you're bobtail, you can park across from those in regular spaces. You get a pretty good breakfast. I'm not sure what hotel it was before Quality Inn, but the building looks like it's been here for decades. You can tell some updates were done. The only thing I would suggest is putting USB charging ports in the rooms.

Comfy beds, noisy air conditioner, had a hard time flushing down toilet, breakfast wasn't as what you want and haded to waited for my hot food bring out.
